Located in the Valleydale neighborhood of Springfield Township in Hamilton County, OH, Luken’s Blacksmith Shop has adapted its business with the times. From shoeing horses and dairy mules to welding and repairing equipment, the Luken Family has worked to serve the current needs and strives to continue the business’s storied history. Brothers Clem and Herman Luken started the business over a century ago in 1914, and the business is still family owned and operated by John and Tony Luken, third and fourth generations respectively.
